Description

Kamelya's Myrrh Essential Oil is obtained by steam distillation of the resin of Commiphora myrrha, a legendary tree from the arid lands of Africa and India. Harvested since antiquity, myrrh is known for its warm, woody, and slightly smoky scent, associated with inner peace and the purity of body and mind.

In diffusion, it promotes a meditative and soothing atmosphere. In diluted massage, it provides an impression of comfort and emotional stability. In natural cosmetics, it integrates into nourishing and regenerating care to revitalize dry or mature skin and improve its natural radiance. In artisan perfumery, its resinous and oriental notes add a touch of timeless nobility to natural creations.

An essence of introspection and balance, Kamelya Myrrh combines authenticity, olfactory power, and spiritual depth.

Good to Know

Pure liquid myrrh naturally has a thick, viscous, and slightly sticky texture. This is completely normal — and even desirable — as it reflects the full presence of the aromatic compounds found in the raw resin, without dilution or alteration.

Our myrrh is a true natural resin in its liquid form, exactly as it exists in nature. Its consistency can make it difficult to pour, especially in cooler temperatures, but this is part of its genuine, unprocessed character.

To make it easier to use, simply warm the bottle gently in a hot water bath for a few minutes before opening. The gentle heat will soften and fluidify the resin without affecting its quality.

For diffusion, this myrrh can be used on charcoal, a ceramic burner, or a heated plate (not suitable for ultrasonic diffusers). It can also be blended with a carrier oil to create sacred anointing oils or natural perfumes.

Its rich, resinous texture is not a flaw — it is the mark of genuine, pure myrrh, respected in its original, natural form.
