Some essential oils are known to facilitate circulation in the affected areas and thus decrease the bumpy appearance. They can facilitate lymphatic drainage by eliminating toxins, promoting blood circulation and acting as a powerful lipolytic. Some essential oils have detoxifying, purifying and diuretic properties.

THIS SET INCLUDES:

1 aluminum bottle with cap of 150 ml
1 geranium essential oil bottle of 15 ml
1 Atlas cedar essential oil bottle of 15 ml
1 grapefruit essential oil bottle of 15 ml

You will need to get:

A vegetable oil of your choice. For a more affordable version, we suggest you get sunflower oil or grape seed oil which you can easily find at the grocery store. If you prefer, you can also use apricot kernel oil which is available on our online shop.

THE RECIPE

*** 1 ml of essential oil = 25 drops
3 ml of geranium essential oil
3 ml of Atlas cedar essential oil
3 ml of grapefruit essential oil
100 ml of the vegetable oil of your choice (sunflower, grape seed, or apricot)

Transfer all ingredients into the aluminum bottle.

INSTRUCTIONS 

Apply in the evening in circular motions on the affected areas.
