Kamelya Aromacosmétique recommends consulting a healthcare professional, an aromatherapist, or a qualified pharmacist for any therapeutic use. Essential oils are powerful natural concentrates: they do not replace medical treatment or professional advice. Any inappropriate use is the responsibility of the user.
Shipping, Delivery, and Liability Policy
Orders are prepared and shipped from our workshop in Victoriaville, Quebec. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, the carrier, and the time of year.
Once the package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, Kamelya Aromacosmétique assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery. By placing an order, you acknowledge having read and accepted this policy.
In case of an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipment costs will be the customer's responsibility. If the package is returned to us, a refund may be issued upon receipt, minus the shipping fees.
Kamelya Aromacosmétique cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond our control (bad weather, strikes, holiday periods, etc.).
Order Cancellation or Modification
No cancellation is possible once the transaction is completed.
Product Use
Kamelya Aromacosmétique cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the misuse of its products. It is the customer's responsibility to read the instructions carefully and to use the products only for their intended purpose.
Even natural ingredients can cause reactions. We recommend performing a patch test before first use (on the inside of the elbow or wrist; wait 24 hours). In case of a reaction, discontinue use immediately.
Our products are not medical products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease.
Accuracy, Availability, and Pricing
Kamelya Aromacosmétique strives to ensure the accuracy of the information on its site. However, errors or omissions may occur.
We reserve the right, without prior notice and without liability: to correct any error or inaccuracy; to modify prices, descriptions, or promotions; to cancel any order, even after acceptance, in case of error or unavailability.
Prices are indicated in Canadian dollars, before taxes and delivery fees. Products remain the property of Kamelya Aromacosmétique until receipt of full payment.
Return Policy
Given the nature of cosmetic products and for reasons of hygiene and quality, we accept neither returns nor exchanges. The only exception concerns an error on our part (wrong item received).
Intellectual Property
All content on the site www.kamelya.ca (texts, images, logos, graphics, descriptions) is the exclusive property of Kamelya Aromacosmétique. Any reproduction or use without written authorization is prohibited.
Protection of Personal Information
The personal data collected is used solely for the processing of orders, communication with customers, and service improvement. Kamelya Aromacosmétique commits to never sell or share your information with third parties.
